Introduction

Welcome to Buy Your Watch By using our platform to sell your luxury watch(es), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

• Legally own the watch(es) they intend to sell.
• Provide accurate and truthful information about the condition and authenticity of their watch(es).

Selling Process

• Offers: We will provide a valuation based on the information provided. Acceptance of our offer will constitute an agreement to sell your watch to us at the offered price.
• Inspection: Upon agreement, sellers must send their watch(es) to us for inspection. We reserve the right to adjust the offer based on the physical inspection.
• Payment: Once the final offer is accepted, payment will be made to the seller via their preferred payment method within a specified timeframe.

Responsibilities of Sellers

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of goods.
• Be responsible for the cost and safety of shipping the watch(es) to us, unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual Property

Sellers grant BuyYourWatch.com.au a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute content provided by the seller (including but not limited to photos and descriptions of the watch) in any existing or future media.

Limitation of Liability

BuyYourWatch.com.au will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the sale of watch(es), including but not limited to loss during shipment or discrepancies in valuation.

Disputes

Any disputes related to the selling process or valuation offer will be resolved through negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be settled in accordance with Australian law.

Amendment

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our platform after such changes constitutes agreement to the new terms.
